Never Late – Auto Silent Off

1. Who we are

Never Late – Auto Silent Off (“Never Late”, “the app”) is published by Simply AI App. Contact: support@simplyaiapp.com.

2. Free app supported by ads

Never Late is free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid upgrades. The only monetization is advertising through Google AdMob.

3. No Never Late customer account

Never Late does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in with Google to use the app. There is no Never Late user database or cloud schedule sync operated by us for this product.

4. Data stored on your device

Restore schedules, preferences, and restore history are stored locally on your device (for example using on-device databases). That information stays on the device unless you back up or share the device by other means outside the app.

5. Permissions and features

• Notifications — to alert you about restores and reminders.
• Exact alarms — to fire restore actions at the times you set.
• Boot completed — to replan alarms after the device restarts.
• Do Not Disturb / notification policy access — when you grant it, so Never Late can turn DND off at restore time where Android allows.
• Calendar (optional, read-only) — only if you choose Meeting Restore. Calendar event details used for that feature remain on the device in Never Late’s local architecture; we do not operate a Never Late calendar server.

6. Advertising (Google AdMob) and consent

The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show banner advertisements on limited screens (such as Home and History). Google may process device, advertising, and network-related data as described in Google’s policies.

Consent and privacy messaging are handled with Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where required, you can open privacy choices from Settings. Never Late does not bypass your UMP choices to force personalized ads.

Ads require network access. If you are offline or ads fail to load, Never Late’s scheduling and restore features continue to work.

7. What we do not collect for Never Late accounts

We do not operate Email OTP login, Google Sign-In for Never Late accounts, subscription billing, or payment card collection inside Never Late. AdMob publisher payments are handled between the developer and Google, not through the app’s user interface.

8. Airplane Mode limitation

On modern Android versions, turning Airplane Mode off may require your manual confirmation in the system UI. Never Late may remind you and open the relevant system control. The app does not claim unrestricted automatic Airplane Mode control.

9. Children

Never Late is a general utility app and is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country).

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
