1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to:

• the Simply AI App website at www.simplyaiapp.com (and simplyaiapp.com), operated by SimplyAI; and
• the NeuroVision AI Chrome extension and related subscription services offered by SimplyAI.

By accessing the website or using NeuroVision AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the product.

2. Website use

The website provides product information, pricing information, policy documents, and support contact details. You may use the site for lawful, personal, or internal business informational purposes.

3. NeuroVision AI product

NeuroVision AI is a Chrome browser extension from SimplyAI that provides visual accessibility and webpage readability features. Visual webpage processing is performed locally in your browser. Account authentication and subscription services use secure SimplyAI infrastructure.

Product descriptions on this website describe capabilities as accurately as possible but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every feature will remain unchanged over time. Extension availability may also depend on third-party store and platform policies.

4. Subscription service

Continued use of NeuroVision AI after an eligible free trial requires a paid monthly subscription. SimplyAI currently offers a monthly plan at USD $1.80/month after the trial.

Plan availability and the commercial terms shown at checkout control the specific purchase you complete.

5. Free trial

Eligible new users receive a 14-day free trial. A payment method may be required to begin the trial. No subscription charge occurs until the trial ends, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Start with a 14-day free trial. Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

6. Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-applicable plan price and billing interval unless canceled before the renewal date through the available subscription-management tools.

7. Cancellation

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the in-product subscription management controls and/or the Polar customer portal associated with your purchase. If you cancel before the trial ends, the intent is to avoid the first recurring charge. If you cancel an active paid subscription, cancellation stops future renewal billing according to the subscription cancellation effective date shown in the management tools. Cancellation of a renewal is different from a refund request.

8. Billing and Polar

Payments and subscription billing are processed securely by Polar. Where applicable to a transaction, Polar may act as Merchant of Record and may process payments, invoices, taxes, cancellations, and related billing requests. Polar's checkout and buyer terms may apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms. NeuroVision AI does not store full payment card details.

9. Refunds

Refund requests may be reviewed through Polar and/or SimplyAI support, subject to the SimplyAI Refund Policy, Polar's applicable buyer terms, payment-method rules, and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

Website privacy practices are described in the Simply AI App Privacy Policy. Product-specific practices for NeuroVision AI are described in the current NeuroVision AI Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or NeuroVision AI, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, reverse engineer the product except as permitted by law, or use the services to distribute malware or unlawful content.

12. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, product software, and original graphics are owned by SimplyAI or used with permission. You may not copy or redistribute materials except as allowed by law, these Terms, or written permission.

13. Third-party stores and services

NeuroVision AI is distributed through the Google Chrome Web Store. Installations, updates, and store-account matters are handled under Google's terms and policies. SimplyAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Checkout and billing may involve Polar and other service providers identified in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

The website and NeuroVision AI are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the website or product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SimplyAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website or product use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms, website content, pricing displays, and product features over time. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions are published. Material commercial changes for existing subscribers are presented through applicable checkout, account, or notice channels where required.
